Package Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
